Valerie has over 15 years of experience in the venture capital, private equity, and investment banking industries in Mexico and USA. During the last seven years, Valerie was the investment officer of Promotora Social México, an impact investment fund. There, she was responsible for the portfolio management and realization of new investments which had a social impact focus, aiming to improve the living conditions of the most vulnerable segments of the population. As a board member of various portfolio companies, Valerie provided strategic and financial advice to help them exponentiate their growth and impact.
