Operations Manager

Victoria is our Operations Manager at Circulate Capital. She brings over 15 years of international experience to our team, having worked in both Australia and the UK. Her career spans diverse fields, from logistics and insurance to hedge fund administration. This broad experience has allowed her to hone her skills in business operations, learning and development, and human resources.
Victoria works hand-in-hand with the CF&OO as well as the Finance and Operations and Impact teams to optimize efficiencies and keep our projects on track.
Beyond her corporate responsibilities with Circulate Capital, Victoria is an experienced coach with expertise in neurodiversity and neuroscience. Partnering with the UK’s largest public service department, she runs coaching sessions for neurodivergent adults to support their success in the workplace.
