Hal joins the team as Senior Associate in Investor Relations. Before joining Circulate Capital, Hal was at Pantheon Ventures in 2018, where he was initially a member of the RFP Team and then a member of the Product Strategy and Fundraising Team, a centralized team responsible for coordinating and centralizing investment strategy messaging for the fundraising of Pantheon’s investment strategies.
Prior to Pantheon, Hal started his career in New York for Prospect Capital, where he was a member of the Business Development Team responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities.
Hal holds a bachelor’s degree in International Politics from Aberystwyth University in Wales. He and his wife have recently relocated from London to Edinburgh and are often found hiking with their dog.
