Charmaine is Circulate Capital’s Corporate Accountant, overseeing all finance and tax matters of Circulate Capital’s corporate entities. Her experience in the financial industry has provided her with a strong foundation in accounting, tax, and fund management services.
She began her career in 2014, gaining valuable experience in the full cycle of accounting, payroll administration, and audit services across diverse sectors, including fund management, asset management, retail and IT security. This experience has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of GST, corporate and individual tax reporting, and MAS regulatory compliance. She also advocates for process improvement and has been actively involved in implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to optimize business processes in her prior roles. Furthermore, she is committed to lifelong learning and graduated with a Second Upper Class Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies (Fintech) from the University College of Dublin.
