Vikram has spent the past eight years working with large corporates as well as global and domestic private equity funds, on their investments in India and Bangladesh.
Prior to joining Circulate Capital, he worked with EY and PwC’s Deals, Strategy, and Performance Improvement practices focusing on Industrials and TMT verticals.
His work spans the deal cycle (target search, due diligence, business plan preparation, and assessment) as well as value creation initiatives (cost reduction, go-to-market, sales and distribution excellence, and finance transformation).
Vikram holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies from JBIMS, where he majored in Finance. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering at the University of Pune following which he worked with IBM’s Global Business Services arm for two years. He speaks English, Hindi, and Marathi and hopes to learn German in the near future
