Investment Manager / Director, Indonesia / Philippines
Circulate Capital is looking to hire an accomplished Investment Manager / Director based in Indonesia or the Philippines to manage the further deployment and development of the Ocean Funds.
The Investment Manager/Director will be responsible for guiding high-quality deal flow, performing due diligence, executing investment transactions, and managing portfolio companies to support their effective growth and eventual exit. The role will primarily work with local companies but will also extend to other countries in Asia as needed.
Please note this is a full-time position based in Indonesia or the Philippines with travel required for the effective execution of responsibilities.

Fund Controller
Circulate Capital seeks an experienced Fund Controller to join our Finance & Operations team. This is an ideal position for someone with an appetite for professional growth with a rapidly expanding fund management platform focused on addressing environmental challenges through venture investments. The Fund Controller will be closely working with the Director, Fund Controlling & Operations and the Finance team, initially focusing on traditional fund financial and operational responsibilities with the opportunity to contribute to more strategic initiatives.
Fund accounting experience is essential. Exposure to the venture capital or private equity sector is strongly preferred, as is experience working with Singapore-based funds and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

Sales and Marketing Manager
Union J. Plus seeks a driven Sales & Marketing Manager to spearhead growth. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of sales and marketing experience, ideally within the plastics or recycling sector.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both online and offline marketing strategies, excellent English communication skills, and proven leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. You must be able to analyze market data, both domestically and internationally, to make informed strategic decisions, and have hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and CRM software. The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs is crucial. Experience in plastic resin sales or recycling, as well as sales to international or global brands, is a significant advantage.
