Our Investment Criteria
We invest via two complementary strategies:
Recycling Supply Chains
- Collection and sorting to eliminate leakage into the environment and ensure plastic waste is cleanly sorted and processed to enable recycling.
- Upcycling technologies to increase the value of recycled products.
- Digitization by applying big data, deep tech, and artificial intelligence to drive efficiency, transparency, and traceability across the supply chain.
Geography: Circulate Capital actively invests in South and Southeast Asia, including India, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and the Philippines.We also opportunistically explore opportunities in other geographies, especially Latin America and the Caribbean.

Circulate Capital Disrupt – Innovation
- Innovative materials: Bio-based and compostable materials that reduce the need for virgin extractive-based products.
- Circular Business Models: Digital platforms that drive efficiency, improve data, and/or enable reuse/refill systems.
- Advanced Recycling Technologies: Opportunities to chemically recycle waste plastic into new plastics through depolymerization or similar processes
Geography: Global, with a potential for technology transfer to high-growth markets
Stage: Series A, B, and C.

Ticket size: 1 to 5 million USD
Financials: Financially attractive investment opportunities with risk adjusted returns
