Grant Collins advises Circulate Capital on developing and implementing our strategy for investing in waste management and recycling projects in South and Southeast Asia. With a two-decade career in international finance and law, he brings a wealth of experience in structuring complex transactions designed to effect tangible development impact.
He is the founder of Charlotte Square Consulting, a multidisciplinary advisory firm focusing on the development of innovative investment funds and financial products with ethical or socially responsible objectives.
Previously, Grant advised the Dubai Multi Commodities Center, a decree company owned by the Ruler of Dubai, on establishing a UAE Central Bank-licensed asset management company and launching a US$200m investment platform. Prior to that, he practiced law with Dechert in London, after having served in a variety of roles at the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission in Washington, DC. Earlier in his career, at HSBC Investment Bank, he sourced, structured and syndicated equity and equity-linked debt issuance for corporate and government clients, particularly in emerging markets.
Grant holds degrees in law from the University of Bristol and Georgetown University Law Center.
