In her last role at Dow as a Sustainability and Recycling Manager in the Plastics business unit, she developed and implemented complex circular economy business models, successfully finding new outlets for hard-to-recycle plastic waste. She also played a key role in mapping the plastic waste value chain in Latin America and fostering strategic partnerships to enhance access to plastic waste. She maintained crucial external relationships with industry players and served on strategic external coalitions focused on circularity and sustainability.
