Nick plays a key role in the firm’s fundraising activities and is responsible for Circulate Capital’s strategic development and institutional strengthening.
Nick has over 22 years of experience in private equity, specializing in fundraising and strategic growth initiatives, Nick most recently served as a Partner at LeapFrog Investments. Nick is an expert in impact investment measurement and communication and was selected as a Founding Member of the IFC’s Operating Principles for Impact Measurement. Nick is a Non-Executive Director of the Scottish National Investment Bank where he also serves on the Investment Committee. He was previously a Non-Executive Director of Northern Arc Investments, a pan-India financial inclusion impact manager.
Nick earned his Executive MBA from Imperial College Business School, where he specialized in Advanced Strategy, Leadership, and Private Equity (distinction), and his bachelor’s degree from Swansea University in the UK. Nick is based in the UK.
