Patricia is an Associate Partner based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and brings nearly 20 years of experience in M&A, business development, and investment, with the last 8 years dedicated to impact-driven venture capital and growth equity in Brazil and Latin America.
Most recently, Patricia was a Partner at Good Karma Partners, Brazil’s leading growth equity firm focused on supporting established and growing companies addressing global challenges while delivering strong financial returns. As a founding team member, she played a pivotal role in building the firm and contributed across multiple areas, including investments, portfolio management, capital formation, and impact strategy. Patricia developed and implemented the firm’s proprietary impact methodology, served on the Investment Committee, and led ESG/Impact Committees for portfolio companies. She also served as a board member for various portfolio companies.
Before joining Good Karma Partners, Patricia was the Head of Venture Capital at Vox Capital, Brazil’s pioneering impact investment firm. In this role, she was responsible for sourcing, analyzing, structuring, and managing mission-driven investments in Brazil.
