Uyen has over 20 years of experience in investment and banking. Prior to joining Circulate Capital, Uyen was Executive Vice President of Asia Commercial Bank (ACB), Vietnam’s leading private sector retail bank. At ACB, Uyen was in charge of Investment and Strategic Partnership, leading landmark strategic partnership deals, while also taking responsibilities for key operations of the bank including: Digital Banking, Data & Analytics, Innovation Lab and Customer Experience Management. Uyen served on the Board of ACB Securities Company (ACBS) from 2015 – 2022 and chaired ACBS’s Investment Committee.
Uyen started her career in Consulting in 2001 at Arthur Andersen, which later merged with KPMG Vietnam. From 2004, she moved into private equity and gained experience in leading deals and post-investment value creation at Mekong Capital. From 2008 – 2014, Uyen was with Dragon Capital, executing private placement deals and portfolio management.
Uyen holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Melbourne, Australia and a Bachelor of Information Systems from Monash University, Australia.
