Veer is a Senior Investment Manager, SA, and has over 11 years of professional experience in consulting and private equity. He worked with EY in their M&A, Private Equity vertical for over 7 years for marquee private equity clients as well as large conglomerates. Post EY, he worked with Neev, a climate and impact focused private equity fund backed by sovereign institutions. As a part of Neev, he worked on exits, investments and portfolio management under climate and impact including sectors such as biofuels, water, agriculture, etc.
In his professional journey, Veer’s work and responsibilities have revolved around financial due diligence, valuation of businesses, sourcing and evaluating investments, managing portfolio companies and unlocking value, returns vide exits from investees.
Veer is a Chartered Accountant and also holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. He is also currently pursuing his CFA (Level III candidate).
